will ask you for minimal information when you make a donation. You will
need to create an account with a username, password, email address, and
zipcode. A few other questions may be answered if you choose. Your email
address is important as we will send your donation receipt to that
address. If
you choose to enroll in other facets of the site, such as Associate,
Merchant, or NonProfit Affiliate, more information will be required,
such as mailing address and phone number. All
promotional contact will be by invitation only. We do not send a
periodic newsletter and will not sell or give your email address or any
other information to anybody else to use for marketing purposes. If you
answer “yes” to the question “May we send you an occasional
email?”, we will rarely email you. When we do, it will be about our
service to you and/or the organization you support. If you elect only
to have us remind you when rewards are about to expire, that’s all
we’ll do. Cookies Persistent cookies are used so we can identify you when you come back. We use this information to save you time by loading data that you saved previously, like your reward zipcode, email, username, etc. We will also personalize the site by displaying local reward and charity information for you.
